◆ Challenge
One marketplace for machines, parts, rentals, and the people who keep them moving.
◆ Opportunity
Different roles, different transactions, one account: a buyer can also become a seller, renter, employer, worker, or business owner without starting over.
◆ Solution
The product is structured around an Individual Profile by default, with optional Business Profile and Worker Profile extensions that unlock verified company identity, worker credentials, listings, hiring, and contextual messaging.
◆ Outcome
Trust is treated as platform architecture: Admin-reviewed listings, verified businesses, verified workers, private document handling, bilingual RTL support, GCC location logic, and marketplace-context conversations shape the MVP.
◆ Account architecture
One identity that grows with the user.
Thakeel begins with a simple Individual Profile and progressively enables additional Business and Worker capabilities instead of forcing separate account systems.
◆ Core experiences
Built around the real marketplace journey.
Equipment for sale, rentals, spare parts, attachments, workers, hiring requests and messaging share common patterns for listing, discovery, contact, verification and moderation.
◆ Trust flow
Publish with confidence, not instantly.
For the MVP, listings move from Draft to Pending Review before Admin approval makes them Active. Rejected listings return with a reason so users can edit and resubmit.
◆ Current status
Still being built.
Thakeel Al-Arabia is currently in active product design and development toward a GCC launch, with marketplace journeys, profile systems, verification, listings, rental coordination, workforce modules and Admin operations being shaped together.

◆ Research
What we listened for.
Multi-role clarity
The same person may buy equipment, sell spare parts, rent a machine, hire an operator, activate worker capabilities, and later represent a business.
Trust before transaction
High-value industrial listings need visible legitimacy through moderation, verified profiles, ratings, document review, and contextual conversations.
GCC-first localization
The experience is designed for English, Arabic RTL, country-first discovery, local cities, local currencies, and regional contact habits.
◆ Design Process
Machines, rentals, parts, jobs - connected.

"One account should be able to move from buying and selling equipment to renting, hiring, working, and building a business presence without starting over."
